How do I cancel an order on Arthealth.co.in?

In rare condition if you need to cancel your order, you are allowed to do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • When order is outright cancelled by you – If you successfully cancel the order before we ship it, we are liable to refund the complete amount to you.
  • When cancellation is done after product shipping – If you cancel the order once it is shipped or after you receive it, it can be replaced with new order only if packaging or product damage are found. Or else it can’t be neither cancelled nor replaced.
Refund Policy

Refunds, when applicable as per the terms and conditions, will be made to the customer account within 10 working days in the same form the payment is received from, from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

In case of any complaint or problem regarding the product that we source from growers and suppliers, or licensed green tea traders, please refer the issue to the supplier in concern. Let us know about the same so we can help you in the matter.

When you receive product in tampered packaging or poor packaging, please deny taking the parcel and return it to the delivery person. At the same time, please contact us at our customer support number +91 9712006689 or you can also email us at [email protected]. Don’t forget to mention your ‘Order ID’ while raising complain via phone support or email support. We will personally look into the issue and ship a brand new product without any additional charges. You simply need to ensure that the original packaging and product tag are kept intact when you return the damaged product to us.

Besides the damaged condition as mentioned below, your ordered product may not be eligible for replacement, refund or return in following scenarios:

  • Any green tea Product that exhibits physical damage to the product or to the box.
  • If product is returned without original product packaging and product tag or any other accessories shipped originally such as flyer, retail box, filter or infuser, etc.
  • Any green tea product that lacks valid, readable serial number
