Arthealth.co.in is devoted and committed to dispatch and deliver your ordered product with quality packaging within stipulated timeframe. We process order shipping on all days of the week, excluding Sundays and government (public) holidays. We also make sure that we ship our green tea parcels through a reputed and professional courier services provider, so you receive product in the least time possible and in the intact condition.

How we calculate delivery charges for multiple units?
At the time of order processing, the shipping charges is mentioned separately for different products. If ordered multiple products, the shipping charges would be totaled covering shipping charges of every product. However, our product prices are all inclusive. The prices are also inclusive of taxes except Octroi, if applicable in your area/region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for all products/shipments being shipped to Maharashtra Region.

What is approximate delivery time?
Typically, orders are dispatched within 3 working days. We also allow you, customers, to schedule dispatch and delivery as per your own convenience. Most deliveries are completed in maximum 7-10 working days. Products are shipped to the address given by you while placing an order.

What should I do if I receive product in damaged condition?
If you find that product packaging is tampered, damaged, or the product itself is in bad condition, please deny accepting the package and return the same to the delivery guy. And please call on our customer care number +01 9712006689 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your order ID. We will make sure that a brand new product is shipped to you with no extra cost. It is requested that you keep the original product tag and packaging intact when you return it back to us. Remember, the product can’t be returned back to us after 7 working days of delivery date.
